Oozora Yuri (大空ゆり?) is the main protagonist of the Rainbow Heart Series. Yuri is a very shy and quiet girl who is autistic. Despite this, Yuri loves to sing and is very talented with karaoke, as she aspires to become an idol. After activating her Rainbow Tact for the first time and awakening the spirit of courage and dreams within her heart, Yuri can transform into Bright Blossom, the heart of dreams whose theme color is purple. She controls the power of flowers.

As a civilian, Yuri has short dark purple hair often pulled into a low ponytail. Her casual wear consists of a pale plum top with the writing "ブルーム" in amethyst. Her skirt is then plaited and in a dark denim. Her shoes consist of a pair of grey strapped flats.

Bright Blossom (ブライトブロッサム?) is the magical warrior alter ego of Yuri who represents dreams and controls the power of flowers whose theme color is purple. To transform, she needs her Rainbow Tact and needs to shout "Rainbow Heart Charge!". Her main attack is Blossom Tourbillon.
