Shizuka and the Beast is an episode of the anime series Doraemon.
Plot[]
Shizuka befriends an unstable mutant beast who possesses a strange piece of Dr. Achimov technology, but Doraemon, Nobita, Gian, and Suneo aren't sure whether Beni is a friend or foe.

- Jim Cummings as Beni: A mutated beast that was originally a scientist until Dr. Achimov kidnapped him, mutated him, and experimented on him. Beni eventually escapes from Dr. Achimov, steals an unknown energy source, and retreats to present day Japan. Dr. Achimov and his goons locate and attack Beni, to demand the return of the power cell. Doraemon and friends witness this event and Shizuka urges her friends to help intervene. Doraemon and friends protect Beni, restore his health, and keep the power cell from Dr. Achimov.

- Beni's beast form is a combination of a Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Goat, Monkey, Rooster, Dog, and Pig.
- Jim Cummings is the second Hollywood actor to play a role in Doraemon.
- The roars that Beni makes are the same T-Rex roars from Jurassic Park.
